PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED CHEF

Chef Rob, originally from Jamaica, moved to the United States as a teenager and became interested in cooking while working as a steward in Brooklyn, NY. He attended The Culinary Institute of America and graduated in 1993. Throughout his career, he gained experience and recognition, which led to his involvement in the opening of several well-known restaurants in Atlanta. In 2006, he opened his own restaurant.
